He was one of four children in the family. Frank was inducted into the United States Air Force on Aug. 25, 1942, and honorably discharged March 7, 1945. Frank was a member of the York Elks for 53 years, Geneva VFW for 50 years, and Geneva American Legion for 42 years. He was also a member of the Geneva Masonic Lodge. Frank served as mayor of Geneva for 14 years. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, John and Maude McPeck; brother, Les McPeck, and sister, Gladys McPeck Stiers. He is survived by his wife, Inez; daughters, Letha Rae Rushing and husband, George; and Lori Case and husband, Tim; step-daughters, JoAnn Weaver and husband, Arthur, Janice Maier, and Lorrie Kennel; step-son LeRoy Versemann and wife Alice; sister, Mildred Mouden; one grandson Cody; nine step-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren. Memorial services were held at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Geneva on Friday, March 24, with Rev. Michael Osberg officiating. Karl Brinkman played the guitar and sang “The Lord’s Prayer” and “Amazing Grace.” Sharie Hubert accompanied the congregation who sang “What a Friend” and “How Great Thou Art.” Private family graveside services were held at the Geneva Public Cemetery prior to the church service.
