He lived just south of Brighton so that was used out of convenience for recording purposes. His death was entered in a cemetery listing as being on September 23, 1965. Born Jan. 8, 1880 near East Pleasant Plain, son of Theodore and Mary Peck. Attended the Pleasant Plain Academy and taught school for five years. Jan. 25, 1910 married Bertha Drish at St. Mary's church at Polishville. Was a farmer for 47 years and a member of St. Joseph church at East Pleasant Plain. Survived by one son and one daughter, Esther Peck and David Peck at home, and one brother, Peter Peck of Richland. Preceded in death by his wife, one daughter, two sisters and three brothers.
