He was ill but two hours, heart disease causing his death. He has always enjoyed good health and it was not known that his heart was affected. Mr. Seda was born in Bohemia November 9, 1869. He came to America with his parents when nineteen years old and to this community soon after, where he has lived all the years. He was married in 1894 to Mary Chalupnik, who survives, together with the six living children, two children having died. There is one sister, Mrs. Frank Slatinka Sr., of Traer. M r. Seda was a successful farmer and a popular Bohemian citizen. He was a musician of considerable skill, and for years was a member of the Traer band as well as an orchestra in the country. The funeral was on Wednesday. Services w ere at the home and also at the church west of Clutier, where burial took place. There was a liberal attendance and m any beautiful floral offerings were in evidence.
