Description	:	BALA --- Frank T. Williams, 85, Bala, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at a Manhattan hospital. Mr. Williams was a farmer and had worked at Riley Elevators Inc. for 30 years before he retired in 1979. He was born June 19, 1914, on a farm near Bala, the son of Frank and Rosina Esslinger Williams. Mr. Williams was a member of Riley Presbyterian Church and a former member of the Riley Lions Club. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bala Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at Bala Cemetery.
