Description	:	Frank W. Hutchinson, 70, longtime resident of the Estherville vicinity, died at 4:20 p.m. Saturday at Holy Family Hospital. Mr. Hutchinson had been in failing health with a heart ailment and hardening of the arteries for some time, being hospitalied this time for several weeks. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at the First Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Thomas G. Melton officiating. Burial will be in the cemetery at Superior. Friends may call at Sternberg Funeral Home from 7 o'clock this evening and until 9 a.m. tomorrow at which time the body will be taken to the church... Read More	Frank W. Mr. Hutchinson was born Sept. 11. 1886 in Warren County, Illinois. He moved with his parents to Bagley, Iowa when he was five years old. Fifteen years later he and his family moved to Smith Center, Kan. Dec. 22. 1908. Frank Hutchinson married Edna E. Logan at Smith Center. Mr. and Mrs. Hutchinson came to Iowa in 1928 and first settled on a farm near Superior. Four years later they moved to a farm near Terril and lived there eight years prior to purchasing a farm in Emmet township. Mr. and Mrs. Hutchinson retired from farming in 1948 and moved to Estherville. Mr. Hutchinson is well known for his work in 4H, Farm Bureau and other farming activities. He served as elder in the Presbyterian church and in addition has been general superintendent of the First Presbyterian Sunday School for a number of years and active in other church activities as long as his health permitted. Surviving Mr. Hutchinson's death are his widow, Edna; five children, Ed Hutchinson. Spirit Lake; Fred Hutchinson, Revere, Minn.; Mrs. Aadne (Edna) Ness. Wallingford; Eugene Hutchinson, Denver, Colo, and Jim Hutchinson, Puerto Rico. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren and one great grandchild. A daughter, Mrs. Vitor (Marjorie) Miner, died in Sept., 1947 and a son, A. Donald, died Nov., 1956. Pallbearers for the services will be Mack Ellis, Maurice B. Oleson, Don Sunde, Carleton Herbrandsen, Glen Hackett and August Rosenberger. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Orvis, C. P. Jackson, Frank Smith, Robert Knight, Ira Swart, Paul Weir and John Darling.
