Description	:	Genieve Rayno, 93, of Grand Island, died Monday June 12, 2000 at St. Francis Medical Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Jacobsen Funeral Home at St. Paul. The Rev. Pat Grindol will officiate. Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery at Wolbach. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Rayno was born July 17, 1906 at Stanton to Bert and Bertie (Brown) Risor. She grew up in the Stanton area where she attended grade school and Norfolk High School. The couple lived in Wolbach where she was a homemaker. In 1948 she moved to Grand Island where she lived for the remainder of her life. She liked gardening and crocheting. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church of Grand Island. Survivors include one son, Richard Knudsen of Burnsville, N. C.; one daughter, Shirley Borre of Grand Island; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Betty Lou Knudsen.
