Cooper of the Presbyterian church in charge and will be buried in the Fullerton cemetery. Mr. Odell came to Nance County in 1880 and later moved to Merrick county where he resided until lately. He leaves three daughters and one son. `````````````````` Fullerton Post (Fullerton, Nebr.), November 26, 1914, p. 8, col. 2 Obituary Mr. George Ensign Odell was born in Erie county, Pa., July 14th, 1854, his father dying before his birth. He moved to Wisconsin in 1856; to Minn. in 1864; to Kansas in 1869; to Hamilton county, Nebr., in 1874; to Fullerton in 1879 and Central City in 1882. He lived in Central City until two or three years ago and then at intervals made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Howard Downing and his son, of Central City. He was married to Miss Ella Wallick in 1876 and lived on a homestead in Hamilton county up to 1879 when he came to Fullerton. He is survived by his invalid wife; son Edwin, of Central City; Mrs. Howard Downing, of Fullerton; Miss Viola Eaton, of Cali., Mrs. Mary Bullard, of Cali., one full brother, James Odell, of Twin Falls, Idaho; Drs. Wad and J. F. Johnson, of Fullerton, and W. B. Johnson, of Belgrade, half-brothers, and Mrs. Henry Darling, a half sister. The funeral was held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Howard Downing, on Friday, November 13th, conducted by the Reverend W. H. Cooper; burial at Riverside cemetery.
