Waterman, pastor of Calvary Methodist church, was in charge. Miss Minnie Williams and Mrs. Roy Bergquist furnished the vocal music. Francis Carlson, Bert Ballard, Bert Wilson, Isaac Chally, Basil Williams, of Lehigh, and Arthur Neese were the pallbearers. Interment was in Oakwood cemetery. George W. For many years he was a street car conductor in Cedar Rapids until buses came into use. He is survived by his wife, the former Bertha Hook of Stratford and five children: Carl Sellers, of Marshalltown; Leo Sellers, of Detroit, Mich.; Manella Niles, of St. Louis, Mo.; Katherine Boyd, of Memphis, Tenn.; Francis Sellers, of Alhambra, Calif.; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. One son preceded him in death when six years old. One sister, Mrs. Jessie Murray, of Huntington Park, Calif., also survives. * * * * * Married July 15, 1912 at Cedar Rapids, Linn Co., Iowa to Bertha Hook.
