Trobough, was born Feb. 27, 1887 in Clarke County, Iowa; and passed away on Aug. 8, 1964, at Brodstone Hospital, Superior, Nebr. When a small child she and her family moved to Saline county, Nebraska, where they resided for a few years. Later they moved to Clay County where she spent the rest of her life. Read More	Obituary, Cushing --- Georgia Ethyle Trobough, the daughter of Mary Jane and George A. Trobough, was born Feb. 27, 1887 in Clarke County, Iowa; and passed away on Aug. 8, 1964, at Brodstone Hospital, Superior, Nebr. When a small child she and her family moved to Saline county, Nebraska, where they resided for a few years. Later they moved to Clay County where she spent the rest of her life. After completing her schooling she taught in the rural schools in Clay and Nucholls County. In 1913 she was united in marriage to Loren . Cushing. To this union, one daughter, Audrey Lorena, was born, but passed away in infancy. Mr. and Mrs. Cushing celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1963. Mrs. Cushing was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church, Fairfield, and a charter member of the Fairfield Chapter of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, one brother and three sisters. She is survived by her husband, Loren and one sister, Mrs. Nellie Fry of Edgar, a number of nieces and nephews, and many friends. Services were held at 10:30 a.m., August 10, at Community Presbyterian Church in Fairfield. Clergyman was Rev. henry E. fawcett. Music was "I Won't Have to Cross Jordon alone: by Mrs. Russell Brodrick at the organ. Pallbearers were Carl Trobough, Russell Brodrick, Herman Hart, Mervin Woods, Melvin Hoyt and Joe McReynolds. Eastern Sat Rites were conducted by Chapter No. 244, Fairfield, Nebr. Interment was in the Fiarfield Cemetery at Fairfield, Nebr. (Source: Fairfield Auxillary, Aug. 13, 1964, pg. 8, col. 2)
