Moreland and husband, Samuel, Sr., Reedsville, WV; ten grandchildren, Destiny M. Miller, Tray A. Lipscomb, Ty K. Miller, Alexis J. Tyler, Alissia B. Perea, Samuel M. Moreland, Jr., Katelyn R. Lipscomb, Bradley S. Lipscomb III, Sierra Friend, and Trenten Friend; two great-grandchildren, Amaya R. Lipscomb and Jaylynn E. Miller. Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Homes on Thursday, January 21, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Services will be held in the funeral home chapel following visitation at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Russell Liller officiating. Interment will be in the Bittinger Family Cemetery, Swanton.
