Mrs. Ferguson was born January 31, 1915, in Mooresville, to the late Ralph Joel and Grace (Ozment) Rariden. Mrs. Ferguson graduated from Mooresville High School in 1933 and also attended Margareta Beauty College. She worked for 24 years at Citizens Bank, retiring in 1970. Read More	Glendolyn (Rariden) Ferguson, 95, Mooresville, died February 22, 2010, in the Franklin United Methodist Community, where she had resided for four years. Mrs. Ferguson was born January 31, 1915, in Mooresville, to the late Ralph Joel and Grace (Ozment) Rariden. Mrs. Ferguson graduated from Mooresville High School in 1933 and also attended Margareta Beauty College. She worked for 24 years at Citizens Bank, retiring in 1970. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Mooresville, had served as president of the Kappa Chapter of Kappa Kappa Sigma Sorority, and was a member of Kappa Delta Associate Chapter of Kappa Sigma. Mrs. Ferguson was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #260. She had formerly been a member of the Sweet Adalines. Mrs. Ferguson married Wayne Cecil Ferguson on August 7, 1933; he preceded her in death on August 1, 1976. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Audrey Hagee and step-brother, Charles Beasley. Survivors include her daughter, Gwen Ann Comer of Mooresville; step-brother Robert Beasley of Greenwood; grandchildren, Jonathan C. Comer (Shannon) of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Holly C. Jennings (Charles) of Highland Village, Texas; great grandchildren, Alexandra and Eric Comer; Tyler and Kenny Jennings. Services entrusted to Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville.
