Description	:	Big Timber Pioneer, 20 March 1952 Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Church of God for Glenos Orville Cox, who died at his home in Harlowton March 7 of a self-inflicted bullet wound. Mr. Cox was born in Balkin, Ky.on November 22, 1928, and came to Montana with his parents, two brothers, and one sister in 1940. Mr. Cox was born in Balkin, Ky.on November 22, 1928, and came to Montana with his parents, two brothers, and one sister in 1940. They first located in the Glasston area and later moved to a ranch northeast of Melville. He was married in Big Timber October 22, 1949, to Shirley Huyser, and to them was born one son, Glen Roy. Mr. Cox enlisted in the marine corps in July 1946, serving for approximately five years, including duty in Korea, being treated for several months for nervous shock upon his return to the States. Survivors besides his wife and son include his mother Mrs. Martha Cox six brothers, Jimmy and Woodrow of Lynch Ky.; Charles of West Virginia; Walter of Murray, Ky.; James of Helena, and Roy in the armed forces stationed in Germany; three sisters, Ruby of Balkin, Ky.; and Clara and Gladys of Harlowton.
