She was united in marriage to Grant Franklin March 13, 1888. to this union were born eight sons and one daughter. One son died Jan 28, 1904, aged 3 years 10 months and 27 days. She leaves to mourn her departure her husband and seven sons, namely Albert' James, William, Ralph, Emery, Rala, and Robert, and one daughter Isel aged 9 months, and the age of the oldest son first named is 21 years; also four brothers namely Sterling Bonnett of Memphis, Mo., Will and Erva Bonnette of Lancaster, MO. and Lee Bonnett of Eldon, and on sister, Mrs. Robert Cooper of Lancaster, MO., and a large number of friends and neighbors. Her death was caused by blood poison and came very quickly as she was visiting with her brother at Eldon on Sunday and Monday was ailing some and on Wednesday evening died. She united with the M.E. Church in 1876 and held to the faith until death. Funeral services were held at the Bretheren church Friday, Oct. 28, by W. N. Glotfelty from Jer. 15:9 to a large concourse of neighbors and friends with interment in the Bretheren Cemetery." Contributor: Aaron Franklin (49422264)
