On February 23, 1873, she married William Perry Barger at Knoxville, Frederick County, Maryland. They were the parents of four children. The Frederick Post Friday, October 20, 1916 Mrs. Harriett Ann Barger Mrs. Harriett Ann Barger, wife of William Barger, died Monday morning at her home in Brunswick, age 61 years. Before marriage Mrs. Barger was a Miss Danner. She is survived by her husband, two sons, William and Edward Barger of Brunswick and one daughter, Mrs. Mentzer. Several brothers also survive.
