Description	:	Harrison Alexander Mosburg was born at Boston, Ohio, on September 20, 1864, and at the time of his demise, February 19, 1919, he was 54 years, 4 months, and 29 days old. He came to Concordia, Kan., with his parents at the age of 7. At 14, they moved back to Indiana; then back to Riley County, Kansas, when he was 18. He was a resident of Clay County for the past 25 years or more. Read More	Harrison Alexander Mosburg was born at Boston, Ohio, on September 20, 1864, and at the time of his demise, February 19, 1919, he was 54 years, 4 months, and 29 days old. He came to Concordia, Kan., with his parents at the age of 7. At 14, they moved back to Indiana; then back to Riley County, Kansas, when he was 18. He was a resident of Clay County for the past 25 years or more. He was united in wedlock to Miss Lucinda Hoffman of Leonardville, Kan., on December 31, 1885, and to this union eleven children were born, ten of whom are left to mourn his loss. Mr. and Mrs. Mosburg, through industry and economy, had amassed a substantial competence for their declining years. Out of debt and their broad acres well improved and well-stocked, they could look forward to old age with an assurance that comparatively few enjoy. Mr. Mosburg was upright and honorable in all of his dealings. No money ever came to him through trickery or cunning. Mr. Mosburg suffered greatly the past few years from a bodily ailment, and his sudden death may have been partly caused by this. His father dropped dead from heart disease. Mr. Mosburg had no financial troubles of his own. He was one of those substantial citizens that Clay County could ill afford to lose. He was followed to the grave by a large concourse of real mourners. Rev. Young's funeral sermon was one of those comforting, hopeful kind that is a real solace to relatives and an inspiration to friends. In the death of Mr. Mosburg, the community loses a good man, and he was a man who loved his home and family and his life has been a blessing to them.
