Lauber, son of Joseph and Christine Bucher Lauber was born near Archbold, Ohio, June 25, 1885, and passed away at Detwiler hospital in Wauseon, Ohio, Saturday, Feb. 25, at the age of 64 years and 7 months. Death came as the result of injuries suffered in an auto-train crash a few hours before. Mr. Lauber was married to Mattie Short on Nov. 25, 1908. He also leaves to mourn his departure: 4 grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters, Ora, Edward, Olley Lauber and Mrs. Gladys Taylor of Archbold. Mrs. Bertha Saunders of Wauseon, and Elmer Lauber of Grand Rapids, Ohio. Mr. Lauber spent his entire life in Archbold and vicinity, being an employee of LaChoy Products, Inc., at the time of his death.
