Description	:	Springdale, Ark., Nov. 21- Funeral service for Harvey Elderton, 42, who died Friday evening at his home north east of town, was held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Assembly of God church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Roy Murrell. Burial was in Friendship Cemetery, east of Springdale. Mr. Elderton had been ill for several weeks. He was born near Springdale and had spent almost all of his life in this community. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alta Fink Elderton to whom he was married in 1919. Also surviving are five sons and one daughter, the sons are Billy, Jim, John, Earnest and Marvin and the daughter, Sarah, all of the home. Mr. Elderton is survived also by two brothers, and two sisters. The brothers are Anron of Rogers and Homer a twin brother of Tulsa. The sisters are Mrs. Walter Settle of Monroe, Ore., and Mrs. Ada Young of Tulsa. 21 Nov 1938- Springdale Times ____________________________________________ Harvey S. Survivors include his wife, six small children: two brothers and two sisters, A. W. Elderton of Rogers, Homer Elderton and Mrs. Ada Young of Tulsa, and Mrs. Milla Settle of Monroe, Ore.
