Description	:	Hattie was the daughter of Noah Dwight Noble and Augusta Woodward. She married Manson Farmer on Sept 21, 1908. Feb 12, 1914 - Carroll Times - On Sunday at 6:30 am Mrs A. Farmer died at the home of her father, N.D. Noble, north of the city. The cause of death was a growth of cancerous character, for which she had already undergone an operation which afforded only temporary relief. Hattie Almira Noble was born at Rockford, Illinois, September 14, 1874. In 1880 her parents moved to this city, where they located in the home they still occupy. On Sept. 21, 1908, she was married to M.A. Farmer, who survives her and who has been devoted to her during the long and painful illness which ended in her death. During the past few months he has given up his regular work in order to care for her. Her mother died several years ago and the Mr. and Mrs. Farmer have made their home with the father at the old homestead. The only other surviving member of her family is a brother, Jay D. Noble of Grant township. Mrs. Farmer was a woman of highest character and greatly loved in the circles in which she moved. She met her end patiently and bravely, leaving to those who remain a rich legacy of loving memories. The funeral was held at the home Tuesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. S. Lewis of the M.E. church.
