Preceding her in death were her parents, Roy and Leona; three brothers, Homer Rust, Roy Rust, Jr. and Raymond Rust. Survivors include her husband Kenneth of Superior; two daughters, Mrs. Randy (Deb) Alexander of Kearney and Mrs. Don (Melinda) Duncan of Superior; 8 grandchildren, Matt, Nick, Cody, Molly and Jessica Alexander and Tiffany, Brody and Tracy Duncan; one brother, Lloyd and his wife, Dorothy Rust, of Superior; two sisters, Kay Beck and her husband, Dale, of Vancouver, Washington, and Betty Frear of Lincoln; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 23, 1994, at 2 p.m. from Megrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel in Superior with Rev. L. Patterson Culligan officiating. Music was provided by soloist, Carol Shambaugh singing "Amazing Grace" and "How Great Thou Art" with Carlita Price as organist and accompanist. Casketbearers were Dean Kile, Kevin Knoell, Steve Henderson, Steve Schendt, Rick Alexander and Fred Alexander. Honorary pallbearers were her eight grandchildren.
