Description	:	Helen Irene Fisher, 92, the daughter of Jay and Josephine Wilson Maxwell was born July 11, 1907, on a farm near Hardy in Jewell County. She died Aug. 29 at her home in Superior. After the death of her mother, at the age of 8 months, Helen was raised by her uncle Fred and aunt Maude Calder. Feb. 10, 1926, in Mankato, she married Hazel Troy Fisher. After this marriage they moved to Superior where she made her home for more than 70 years. One of her greatest joys was bowling with a league untilshe was in her 80s. She was preceded in death... She is survived by her son, Rex Fisher, Stewartville, Minn., her foster sister, Blanche Bjoring, Superior, and two grandsons. Services were held Friday from the Mergrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel in Superior, with the Rev, Harold Blackus officiating. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery at Superior, Neb.
