Herbert attended Elder Grove elementary in rural Craig. Herbert chose farming as his life time career, their farm was south of Craig. Herbert was united in marriage to Edna French on Wednesday March 14, 1934 in Omaha, the couple was blessed with two sons over the years of their marriage. Moberg was born to his loving parents John P. and Julia (Christenson) Moberg on Wednesday July 22, 1908 in Craig Nebraska. Herbert attended Elder Grove elementary in rural Craig. Herbert chose farming as his life time career, their farm was south of Craig. Herbert was united in marriage to Edna French on Wednesday March 14, 1934 in Omaha, the couple was blessed with two sons over the years of their marriage. Herbert was a member of Elim Lutheran Church in Swaburg and the George Armstrong Masonic Lodge 241 AF & AM of Craig. Sadly Herbert passed at the Memorial Community Hospital of Blair on Thursday August 5, 1993 at the age of 85 years, 14 days which does not include his last day, he lived a total of 31,060 days. Herbert’s funeral service was held Monday August 9, 1993 at the Elim Lutheran Church with the Revs Ed Foster and John Nelson officiating. Herbert was interred in the Swaburg Lutheran Cemetery which is also known as the Elim Lutheran Cemetery. Herbert's information was provided from researching many resources and my memory.
