Description	:	Herma Lucille (Kemmish) Wilson was born March 31, 1917, on the family farm, west of Persia, Iowa, to James William and Lottie (Brown) Kemmish. She married Joseph L. Wilson in 1935. Herma peacefully passed away on August 26, 2011, in Harlan, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Wilson; three children, James W. Wilson, of Persia, Jane Ann Wilson Brown and Jean Wilson McGuire, both of Council Bluffs, Iowa; two daughters-in-law, Betty Points Wilson (John), of Detroit, Mich., and Ardis Koeppen Wilson (James), of Mapleton, Iowa. Read More	Herma Lucille (Kemmish) Wilson was born March 31, 1917, on the family farm, west of Persia, Iowa, to James William and Lottie (Brown) Kemmish. She married Joseph L. Wilson in 1935. Herma peacefully passed away on August 26, 2011, in Harlan, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Wilson; three children, James W. Wilson, of Persia, Jane Ann Wilson Brown and Jean Wilson McGuire, both of Council Bluffs, Iowa; two daughters-in-law, Betty Points Wilson (John), of Detroit, Mich., and Ardis Koeppen Wilson (James), of Mapleton, Iowa. Herma was the last surviving member of her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Lloyd Kemmish (Marge), of Spokane, Wash., Duane Kemmish (Vonda), of Persia, and Lorna Hansen (Glenn), of San Diego, Calif. Her legacy continues with two sons, John J. Wilson, of Mesa, Ariz., and Jerry L. Wilson (Jill), of Yankton, S.D.; and daughter, Jan Wilson, of Persia; 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2011, at 1 p.m., at the United Methodist Church in Persia, Iowa. The family will greet friends at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan, Iowa, from 6 to 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery, west of Persia.
