(Hilda) Stallman, 88, of Littleton, Colo., formerly of Carroll, who died Sunday, November 24, at Porters Hospital in Littleton, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, November 29, at St. Lawrence church in Carroll. The Rev. Lawrence McCarty will be celebrant. Burial, under the direction of the Sharp Funeral Home of Carroll, will be in Mount Olivet cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be John Heider, Jim Waters, Marty Mattes, Mike Wittrock, Jim Kerwin, and Marvin Loxterkamp. Private visitation for the family will... (Hilda) Stallman, 88, of Littleton, Colo., formerly of Carroll, who died Sunday, November 24, at Porters Hospital in Littleton, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, November 29, at St. Lawrence church in Carroll. The Rev. Lawrence McCarty will be celebrant. Burial, under the direction of the Sharp Funeral Home of Carroll, will be in Mount Olivet cemetery. Mrs. Stallman is survived by a daughter, Maribeth Reimann, Littleton, Colo.; a son, Don Stallman, Minneapolis, Minn.; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a sister, Edith Sweat, Melbourne, Fla. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Herman in July of 1941. Mrs. Stallman was born in Carroll on June 12, 1897, a daughter of Henry and Margaret Harms Scharnweber. She was married to Herman K. Stallman on June 3, 1919, in Carroll. Her husband owned and operated the former Stallman Motor Company in Carroll from 1928 until 1940 when he sold the business to Mike Wittrock. She had made her home in Littleton since 1964. She was a member of All Souls church in Littleton.
