Most important to Irma was spending time with her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. She was an avid sports fan for her kids’ and grandkids’ activities. Irma also enjoyed playing cards. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Howard Skaggs; daughter, Sharon Diane; and son-in-law, Stanley Davidson.
