He had resided there the last four years. Funeral services will be held at the Schumacher funeral home in Logan Friday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m. Robert H. Evans will be the officiating clergyman. Interment will be in Valley View cemetery near Persia. Mr. Wimer was born Nov. 10, 1880, in Audubon county. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eva Wimer of Council Bluffs; two sons, John of Pisgah and Ralph of Cambridge, Iowa; five daughters, Mrs. Viola Sherer and Mrs. Ida Cox, of Pisgah, Mrs. Luella Stewart and Mrs. Kathryn Haynie of Council Bluffs and Mrs. Nellie Chambers of Hugo, Colo.; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
