Description	:	FISHER, JAMES HENRY—James Henry Fisher, son of Henry E. and Julia A. Fisher, was born on a farm near Geneva, Neb., March 12, 1903. He passed away at the St. Elizabeth hospital at Lincoln, Neb., Wednesday, March 17, 1943, at the age of 40 years and 5 days. November 20, 1926, he was united in marriage to Miss Mildred Brower, to which union were born three children, Norma Lee, Delores June and Joann. Read More	FISHER, JAMES HENRY—James Henry Fisher, son of Henry E. and Julia A. Fisher, was born on a farm near Geneva, Neb., March 12, 1903. He passed away at the St. Elizabeth hospital at Lincoln, Neb., Wednesday, March 17, 1943, at the age of 40 years and 5 days. November 20, 1926, he was united in marriage to Miss Mildred Brower, to which union were born three children, Norma Lee, Delores June and Joann. Mr. Fisher graduated from the Geneva high school in 1923, after which he made farming his vocation. He lived his entire life in this community, and, when not busy on the farm, served as an employee at the girls’ training school. He was a member of the First Methodist church in Geneva, a good citizen, a devoted husband, and father, loyal as a son, thoughtful of others, always kind and friendly. Besides his wife and children, he leaves to mourn his passing his father, Henry E. Fisher of Geneva, one brother, Donald, of Geneva, on sister, Mrs. Thelma Abbott of Fairmont, and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother March 16, 1940. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon, March 21, at the First Methodist church in Geneva, the pastor, W. B. Pardun, officiating.. Pallbearers were Merritt Hedden, Isaac Schelkopf, John Braun, Cecil Richards, Tom Wagner and Harry Hosack. A quartet composed of E. R. Montgomery, Mrs. W. B. Pardun, Mrs. H. A. Rosenau, and Edgar Miller sang. Pallbearers were Merritt Hedden, Isaac Schelkopf, John Braun, Cecil Richards, Tom Wagner, and Harry Hosack. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery. Relatives and friends from away attending the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Fisher and family of Sutton; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Langseth and Fay Foster of Lincoln; Mr. and Mrs. O. E. Lovejoy and Robert of Bladen; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Berger of Omaha; Russell Brower of Rupert, Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bower of McCook; Mrs. Howard Bower of Exeter; Misses Effa and Eda Kennard of Morrison, Ill; and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Chapman of Hastings.
