This was not all for Mrs. Ollie Bishop, wife of W.P. [W.J., Wm Jackson] Bishop, being near by when Mr. Eutsler [Utsler] fell dead was so shocked that she died also. [W.J., Wm Jackson] Bishop, being near by when Mr. Eutsler [Utsler] fell dead was so shocked that she died also. His family and that of Mrs. Bishop have the sympathy of all with whom they have had to do in life. # # # Thurs., May 12, 1904 Mr. J.M. Utsler died very suddenly at his home in Greenbush on Thursday evening of last week, of heart failure. He was sitting in a chair by the stove and fell from his chair on to the floor, scarcely breathing after he struck the floor. Mr. Utsler was about sixty years of age. He came to Warren County in the spring of 1861, was an old soldier, and a well respected citizen, and will be greatly missed. He was a member of the order of M.W. of A. and of the Brotherhood of American Yeoman. Mrs. D. Laughlin [Mrs. J.D. McGlothlin] of our town is his daughter. On the same and only a few moments later occurred the death of Mrs. Wm. Bishop (Ollie Leap Bishop), the wife of a brother of Mrs. H.M. Utsler [hus & wf Hannibal Milton & Lucinda Ellen Bishop]of this place. Mrs. Bishop started to go from her home to that of Mr. J.M. Utsler, her husband having gone there in response to the alarm given by Mrs. Utsler. By the time she got to the road in front of her house she became weak and scarcely able to walk. She returned to her home, seated herself in a chair, and sent for her husband,. He at once went to her. In a moment or two she was dead. She was about fifty years of age.
