Description	:	HILL, James O. "Grandpa" age 85 of Hamilton passed away Tuesday March 27, 2012 in his home. He was born October 1, 1926 in Hamilton the son of the late Otho and Norma (Werk) Hill. Mr. Hill was a veteran of the U. S. Navy serving during World War II. He worked for the Sarasota, Florida Board of Education for many years. He married Doris J. Marshall in 1947 and she preceded him in death in 1990. Mr. Hill enjoyed camping, fishing, and hanging out with his grandson at the garage. He loved spending time with his family.... He is survived by two daughters Michaela Travers and Tonya Ross; three grandchildren David (Kim) McCreadie, Ronald Grant, Scott Travers; one great granddaughter Alyson McCreadie, and one sister Joyce Kettinger of Minnesota. Mr. Hill is also survived by his beloved dog, Frankie, and was also preceded in death by his brother Jerry Hill. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Thursday March 29, 2012 from 2:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 PM, with Mr. Al Wolfe, officiating. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to Tami and Rick Langford, Dr. Richard Gaeke, Liz Marconi, and Becky Stevenson for their compassionate assistance during Grandpa's illness.
