Janet Wilkins was born Dec. 29, 1905 at Victor, the daughter of Walter C. and Mae Raffensberger Wilkins. She graduated from Victor high school in 1923 and attended C.C.C. Business School, Des Moines. From 1939 through 1974 she was employeed in the Iowa County Department of Social Services office, the last 10 years ad director. She was a member of the United Methodist church, the United Methodist Women and the Women's Club, all of Victor. She has no immediate survivors. Miss Wilkins was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
