Description	:	Jay was born in South Parkman, Wyo., the son of Aneil and Lulu(Anderson)Stark. Jay received his education in Montana in a school house that consisted of two families. On Sept. 1, 1934, he married Guinevere E. Horton at Billings, Mont. Following their marriage, they made their home in Billings. Guinevere, his wife of 58 years, died in March of 1993, Jay continued to make Sunnyside his home and he married Mabel Nixon at Moscow, Idaho on Oct. 21, 1994. Jay enjoyed traveling and working the daily crossword puzzle in the Yakima Herald. He was a member of the Iron Workers Union #14, Sunnyside Eagles and Moose Lodge. Jay is survived by his wife, Mabel Stark; one son, Dave(Ruth)Stark; a step-daughter, Billie Bekel; three grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Guinevere; one son, Robert L. Stark in 1968, and nine brothers,
