She was preceded in death by her parents George Clift and Evelyn Peters Ward, sister Eleanor Clift, brother George Clift, son Danny Brown and long time friend and companion Vincent Ferrigno. Jeanne was born in Casper, Wyoming. The family moved to Vallejo, California when she and her siblings were young. After years in the banking industry, Jeanne co-founded Guardian Management in 1969 which she operated until 2 years ago. Jeanne was a current member and a 2 time past president of Soroptomist Sacramento North. Additionally, she previously held a position on the Board for WEAVE. Jeanne will be remembered for the love of her family, friends and travel. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2017, 11:00 a.m., at Camellia Lawn, 10221 Jackson Road, Sacramento, 95827. The celebration will continue at the home of Viki Beck afterward.
