The Spirit Lake Beacon, Jan. 13, 1944. ------------ TERRIL YOUNG MAN BURIED TUESDAY Harold Glover, who passed away at St. Mary's hospital, Rochester, on Friday, Jan. 14, he was buried at Terril Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Glover had been in poor health for some time and became seriously ill on Dec. 18. His only daughter, Joann, died Jan. 11, at the Spirit Lake hospital. She was not quite a year old and died from complications following the flu. The family members are now quarantined for scarlet fever. Mr. Glover is survived by his widow and three sons, Darrel, Dale and Duane, his mother, Mrs. Jessie Glover and one brother, Wayne Glover. Funeral services were held at the Methodist church at Terril, with Rev. Harvey Nelson in charge. The Milford Mail, Jan. 20, 1944. ----------- Harold Glover of Terril, died Jan. 14 at Rochester, where he had been a patient since the day before. Mr. Glover had been a patient in the Spirit Lake hospital. He was accompanied in an ambulance to Rochester, by his wife, Mrs. Jesse Glover and a Spirit Lake physician. Glover, it was reported, had been responding to treatment when he had a sudden relapse. JoAnn Janice Glover, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Glover, was buried Tuesday in the Terril Cemetery. She died Jan. 11 at the Spirit Lake Hospital at the age of 11 months, two week and three days. She is survived by her mother, three brothers and one half-brother, by three grandparents, Mrs. Jesse Glover, and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Stefas of Ruthven and three great grandparents, Mrs. Bertha Glover of Dickens and Mr. and Mrs. D.
