I remember seeing a picture of him standing in front of the restaurant with his apron still on. He and my mother somehow got to Emerald Twp., Paulding County, Ohio. It was located on the Old Adrian Pike just north of the present bypass on the west side of the road. I was born in this house 5/12/1907 and I remember my mother telling me that I was 6 months old when they moved to the Meekson House at 1313 Oakwood Avenue, Nepoleon, Ohio, which was the first house across the DT & I tracks on the west side.
