Funeral-services were held at 2 p. m. today at the Fairbanks Chapel [in Muscatine] for John Albert Harrison, 82, who died Thursday [January 28] at Lincoln, Nebr. Rev. Stephen Root of the Park Ave. Methodist church [in Muscatine] officiated, and Mrs. Eva Kramer was the organist. Pallbearers were Will McMahon, Robert Harbaugh, Frank Batchelor and William Chirtsensen. Burial was at Letts. Mr. Harrison was born April 6, 1877, at Letts, the son of Isaac and Elizabeth Harrison. He is survived by his wife at Lincoln; one sister, Margaret Berry of Denver, Colo., and 24 nieces and nephews." END
