John is in the World War I draft registration as John Edward Coggshall. He registered in 1918. He was then 44 years old, having been born on 10 Nov 1873. He was then living at 1829 South Sutter Street in Stockton, San Joaquin County, CA. His occupation was "Bridge Builder" for San Joaquin County, CA.
