He is preceded in death by his parents, Caleb and Stacey Mancil Perkins; one daughter, Lisa Perkins Gaskin; and one brother, Otis Perkins. He leaves behind his loving family to cherish his memory, his wife of fifty-eight years; three sons and daughters-in-law; four sisters and one brother-in-law; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Services were under the guidance of White Oaks Funeral Home, Oakdale.
