Description	:	John H. Ward John H. Ward, prominent retired waterman, died at his home on Somerset avenue Monday from infirmities of age. He was 81 years of age. Mr. Ward was the son of the late Thomas and Betsy Ward of this county. He followed the water for many years and was well-known throughout the community, as a good husband, a loving father and a good citizen. Funeral services were held from the home on Somerset avenue on Wednesday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. J. Yancey Fincher, pastor of the Baptist Temple. Pall bearers were Thomas Evans, Willard Stevenson, Carl Evans, Willie Nelson, Horace Ford, Harry Evans. Interment was in Crisfield Cemetery.
