| Description | : | Funeral services were held Saturday for John Van Wyhe, Sr., 83 years old at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Rev. Arthur Anacker officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mr. Van Wyhe was born July 13, 1888 at Orange City. He married Sophie Klave Jan. 23, 1913. The couple lived at Craig for three years and then moved to a farm west of Ireton where they lived until they retired in 1952 to Ireton.
