Description	:	Dayton Review January 10, 1901 JONAS LINDGREN Last Friday the angel of death came once more into our midst and Jonas Lindgren passed over to his eternal home. He was born in Ljusdals parish, Sweden, October 4, 1819, where he passed his boyhood days, and grew to manhood's estate. He was married to Brita Ersdotter, October 1, 1847, who shared his joys and sorrows until her death in April last. He was born in Ljusdals parish, Sweden, October 4, 1819, where he passed his boyhood days, and grew to manhood's estate. He was married to Brita Ersdotter, October 1, 1847, who shared his joys and sorrows until her death in April last. In 1866, they came to this country and settled at this place, where with the exception of two years spent in Sweden, they have lived ever since. He is survived by one son, Andrew, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Eric Lindgren, his son Eric having preceded him to the better land a few years ago. He was a hale old man, well interested in the affairs of life. His funeral services were held from the house on Monday afternoon, Rev. C. A. Seaberg officiating, and his remains laid to rest in Dayton cemetery.
