He was preceded in death by his Parents, his wife, Jan on August 9, 2000, a son Daniel in 1980 and 1 brother, Howard and a sister Tony. Kenneth Dean Aldrich was born October 7, 1934 at Monticello, Iowa. He was the son of Fred and Ethel Kuntzweiler, Aldrich. Bing graduated from the Monticello Community Schools in 1954 and then entered the United States Army. He was honorably discharged as a Master Sergeant in 1958. Kenneth Aldrich and Bette Janalee Bender were married August 16, 1959. Bing worked in auto body repair at the Cadillac Dealership, in Waterloo, Iowa. In the early 1960's he began working as an insurance claims adjuster. The couple lived in Davenport, Iowa before moving to Columbia, Missouri in 1984, where Bing was a claims manager for Continental Western Insurance Company. He retired in 1993. Following Jan's death he moved to Monticello in April of 2002. He enjoyed restoring classic automobiles, his 1954 Ford was his pride and joy.
