He was a member of the Campbellsburg Christian Church and the Campbellsburg I.O.O.F. Lodge. He is a retired farmer and early in life was an employee of the State Highway Department. On March 18, 1903, he was born in Washington County to James and Lottie Brown Perdiew. He married the former Hazel Holsapple in 1920. She preceded him in death in 1980. Two brothers, Walter and Orville, and four sisters, Madge, Necie, Flavia, and Olive preceded him in death. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at the Chastain Funeral Home in Campbellsburg, with Brother George Potter and Brother Robert Holler officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill. Friends may call after 3 p.m. on Wednesday at the Chastain Funeral Home in Campbellsburg.
