Description	:	Lenora Marie Hagemeier was born April 20, 1934, on a farm in Washington County near Haddam, Kansas to Milek and Amelia (Kasper) Baxa, the second of three children. She passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018, at the Crestview Care Center in Milford, Nebraska, at the age of 84. Lenora attended Triumph County Schools and Hawkeye Grade School in Washington County and was a 1952 graduate of Morrowville High School. Read More	Lenora Marie Hagemeier was born April 20, 1934, on a farm in Washington County near Haddam, Kansas to Milek and Amelia (Kasper) Baxa, the second of three children. She passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018, at the Crestview Care Center in Milford, Nebraska, at the age of 84. Lenora attended Triumph County Schools and Hawkeye Grade School in Washington County and was a 1952 graduate of Morrowville High School. Following her high school graduation, she worked as a nanny in Belleville and later was employed at the Ice Cream Factory, a Dry Cleaning business and other various jobs until the age of 29. Lenora then moved to DeWitt, Nebraska where she returned to her earlier profession as a nanny. On October 1, 1962, she was united in marriage to Milton Hagemeier in Wilber and to this union, a daughter, Martha, was born. Together they lived east of DeWitt, later moving into town where Milton owned and operated a welding and blacksmith business. Following Milton’s death in 1983, Lenora moved to Beatrice in February of 1984, where she was a housekeeper for the PEO Home. In 1999, because of her health, Lenora moved to Milford to be near her daughter. Lenora enjoyed sewing, cooking and watching NASCAR and wrestling on TV. Survivors include her daughter, Martha “Marti” of Milford, a grandson, Brandon Poll, Lincoln, a sister, Treva Ann Castro, Phoenix, AZ; nephews, Larry Seachord, of New Braunfels, TX, John Castro, Phoenix, a niece, Anita Marlowe, Chandler, AZ, other relatives and friends. Lenora was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Milton in 1983, a sister, Dorothy Seachord.
