Description	:	Leola (Huber) Dannenbring, 83 July 2, 1924 - January 5, 2008 Funeral services for Leola Dannenbring were held Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008, at Faith Lutheran Church, Parkston, with the Rev. Kenneth Soyk officiating. Interment was made in the St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Clayton, with Koehn Bros. Funeral Home, Parkston, in charge of arrangements. Honorary casketbearers were Mildred Kuhlman, Betty Neuharth, Ada Keiper, Olga Krause, Matilda Tornow, Barb Angland, Phyllis Barber, Gert Weiman and Lillian Wuertzer. Leola Dannenbring was born July 2, 1924, to Albert and Lillian (Schulz) Huber on the family farm near Clayton. She attended parochial school in Clayton through the eighth grade. She was united in marriage to Art Dannenbring on October 22, 1945, at Clayton. They farmed near Clayton until moving into Parkston in 1979. Together with Art and their daughter, Joyce, they owned and operated Joyce's Flower House for many years. She died Saturday, Jan. 5, at Avera Bormann Manor in Parkston at the age of 83 years. She is survived by her husband, Art, Parkston; a daughter, Joanne Sterling and husband, Les, Tea; son, James Dannenbring and wife, Kathryn, Parkston; three grandchildren, Laura Graves and husband, James, Pierre, Jason Dannenbring, Rapid City, and Joel Sterling and wife, Lori, Sioux Falls; two granddaughters, Layla and Grace Sterling; a sister, Luella Buehner and husband, Oliver, Sioux Falls; brother, Elroy Huber and wife, Lois, Emery; and a sister-in-law, Alice Huber, Emery. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Joyce; and a brother, Ervin Huber. Parkston Advance
