Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pleasanton with the Rev. Jan Smutny officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. She was born September 15, 1910, in Buffalo County to Adolph H. and Minnie Rhine Zimmer and was a lifetime resident of the Pleasanton area. Franke on September 16, 1933 at Columbus. She was a member of the church, the altar society, and Kensington Club, and was church organist for many years, taught catechism and was a book keeeper for the Pleasanton Framers Union. Survivors include daughters, Shirley L'Heureux upland, Margot Clark, Davis, California, and Paula Rauert, Grand Island; brother Dean Zimmer, Pleasanton; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband, who died October 28, 1988, three brothers, two sisters and two grandsons.
