Description	:	PILOT MOUNTAIN, NC ~ Lillie Mae Tilley Jessup, 89, the wife of the late Albert Funrow Jessup of Simmons Grove Church Road passed away at her residence Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 12, 2003, after several years of declining health. She was born June 5, 1913, in Surry County to John Austin Tilley and Mary Flippin Tilley. Mrs. Jessup was a homemaker and a member of Jessup Grove Baptist Church. Read More	PILOT MOUNTAIN, NC ~ Lillie Mae Tilley Jessup, 89, the wife of the late Albert Funrow Jessup of Simmons Grove Church Road passed away at her residence Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 12, 2003, after several years of declining health. She was born June 5, 1913, in Surry County to John Austin Tilley and Mary Flippin Tilley. Mrs. Jessup was a homemaker and a member of Jessup Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Lottie and Nolan Gotcher of Bermuda Run, Louise and Jack Bullington of Winston-Salem and Linda and Wayne Flynn of King; a son, Raymond Funrow and Cheryl Rogers of Pilot Mountain; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Jessup of Pilot Mountain. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at Cox-Needham Chapel with Dr. Carl Childs and the Rev. Gene Brinkley officiating. Interment will follow at Jessup Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 this evening, Feb. 14, at the funeral home and other times at Mrs. Jessup's home. In addition to floral tribute, memorials may be made to Surry Friends of Seniors, Rockford Street, Mount Airy, NC or Northern Hospice P.O. Box 6626, Mount Airy, NC 27030. Special thanks to her two special caregivers, Linda Black and Ann Mooijekind. The Jessup family is being served by Cox-Needham Funeral Home in Pilot Mountain.
