Linda was 75 years old, born to Burrel and Ruth Harrell of Bakersfield, CA. Linda was 75 years old, born to Burrel and Ruth Harrell of Bakersfield, CA. Linda married Robert (Bob) Weidner in 1959, They made their home in Claremont, CA and had two children, Lori and Robert (Robbie). Linda was a proud and active homemaker who was involved in the PTA, church, and a non-profit organization: Compassionate Friends. She was gifted in crafts: Sewing, flower arranging, cake decorating and candy making. She played bridge and was a real social butterfly. Son Robbie was killed in a car accident in 1986. Husband Bob passed away in 1994. Linda and Bob were married for 35 years. In 1997, Linda packed her many treasures to move to Ridgecrest, CA to be closer to her daughter Lori, her son-in-law Lou, and her four grandchildren, Kallee, Rachel, Robert and Kevin, the lights of her life. Linda became involved in the Lions Club, Compassionate Friends and Ridgecrest Church of the Nazarene. She immersed herself in her grandchildren's lives, volunteering in their classrooms and becoming a much-loved "Nana" to the local kindergarten class. Linda was blessed again when she met and married Cal Fallgatter in 2001. They enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and each other until Cal's passing in 2008. Linda was small of frame, but giant in personality; she was fiercely loyal, loving and caring and will be missed by those she leaves behind. Preceding her to Heaven are her parents Burrel and Ruth, her brother David Harrell, hr son Robbie and husbands Bob and Cal. Linda is survived by daughter Lori Alvarez, son-in-law Lou Avarez, grandchildren Kellee, Rachel, Robert and Kevin Alvarez.
