Description	:	L. Thomas 'Tom' Williams, age 80, of Madison, died Monday, January 30, 2012, at his residence in Madison. Lloyd Thomas Williams was born March 26, 1931, in Clarno Township, Lake County to Owen and Jayne (Craig) Williams. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Helen in 2000; one son Timothy in 1996; and three brothers Myron, Craig and Delmar Williams. He married Helen Frances Wells on February 12, 1954 at Ramsey Baptist Church. Four children were born to this union, Joel, Pamela, Timothy and Aaron. They farmed near Junius and Winfred. Lloyd Thomas Williams was born March 26, 1931, in Clarno Township, Lake County to Owen and Jayne (Craig) Williams. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Helen in 2000; one son Timothy in 1996; and three brothers Myron, Craig and Delmar Williams. He married Helen Frances Wells on February 12, 1954 at Ramsey Baptist Church. Four children were born to this union, Joel, Pamela, Timothy and Aaron. They farmed near Junius and Winfred. Tom served as director for AMPI North Central Region for several years. He served as deacon, trustee, vice chairman, and Sunday School Supt. at Ramsey Baptist Church, and was a faithful Gideon for many years. Tom loved giving the Gideon New Testament to anyone and everyone. He also served on the Clarno Township Board. Tom loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his children and most of all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed by us all. Grateful for sharing his life are his daughter Pamela (Dennis) Hallman of Kimball, SD; two sons, Joel (Peggy) Williams and Aaron (Bobbie Lynn) Williams, both of Dell Rapids; one daughter-in-law Vonda (Steve) Ponto of Gillman, WI; 10 grandchildren, Jessica Dooley, Joshua (Megan) Williams, Isaac (Janice) Williams, Priscilla Williams, Cody (Kasey) Williams, Meredith (Brandon) Maier, Gerrit Williams-Ponto, Stephanie Ponto, Sutton Williams and Laurelen Williams; five great grandchildren, Willow, Cloey, Collin, Bailey and Elliot; five step grandchildren; 14 step great grandchildren; one sister Fern (Lee) Anderson of Worthington, MN and one sister-in-law, Betty Townsend of Viborg.
