Description	:	The Columbus Telegram, August 2, 1978 BOETTCHER - Mrs. Waldemar (Lois) Boettcher, 53, died Monday, July 31 [sic] at the Columbus Community Hospital. Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Paul Rowoldt officiating. Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery. The boby [sic] will lie in state after 1 p.m. Thursday at Gass-Haney Funeral Home until noon Friday and then from 1-2 p.m. at the Church Friday. She married Waldemar Boettcher December 15, 1945 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Newman Grove. They lived in Newman Grove, Genoa and Columbus where she worked as a cook at the Elk's Club and the Columbus Community Hospital. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church. The family suggests memorials be sent to the Trinity Memorial Fund or the American Cancer Society. She is survived by her husband, nine grandchildren [sic]: Larry, Japan; Harold, Omaha; Mrs. Blake (Jane) Morgan, Lorain Ohio; Robert, Lincoln; Mrs. Roger (Deborah) Rion, South Sioux City, Iowa; Donna, Columbus; Marcia, Columbus; Gary, San Jose, Calif. and Mrs. Donald (Judy) Rullo, Columbus; fourteen grandchildren; one brother Henry Campain of Columbus and one sister Denise [sic] Lillian Herron of Lauton [sic], Okla.
