Description	:	LOCAL RESIDENT DIED IN BALTIMORE Mr. James L. Milbourne, well known and highly respected waterman, whose home is on Pine street, died suddenly in Baltimore, where he was visiting relatives, following a heart attack Sunday. He was 59 years of age. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Johns Hopkins Hospital where he had been taken following the attack. Milbourne, well known and highly respected waterman, whose home is on Pine street, died suddenly in Baltimore, where he was visiting relatives, following a heart attack Sunday. He was 59 years of age. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Johns Hopkins Hospital where he had been taken following the attack. Born here, he was the son of the late Thomas and Iva Mae Carman Milbourne. He had never married. Mr. Milbourne was a man of kindly and courteous manner, a friendly person who delighted in being of help to others, and was an energetic and competent waterman, whose circle of friends was large and warm. Funeral services were held in the Bradshaw–Funeral Home here at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. R. H. Sumner, pastor of the Church of God, assisted by the Rev. Walter L. Beckwith, pastor of Asbury Methodist Church. Burial was in the Crisfield Cemetery. Bearers were Elmer Riggin, Ralph Parks, Edwin Price, Steve Ward, Floyd Lawson and James Mosher. Surviving him are a sister, Mrs. Orville (Gladys) Canapp of Baltimore, and four brothers, Clyde Milbourne, Roy Milbourne and Merrill Milbourne, all of Baltimore, and Sherman Milbourne of Crisfield.
