Description	:	Stratford Courier June 19, 1930 Mrs. Henry Knuth Funeral services were held here Saturday, in the South Marion M.E. church over the remains of Mrs. Henry Knuth, who died Wednesday at Princeton, Minn., after a short illness. The remains were laid to rest in the South Marion cemetery. The news of the death of Mrs. Henry Knuth came as a real blow to the many friends here as it was not known here that she had been ill. The remains were laid to rest in the South Marion cemetery. The news of the death of Mrs. Henry Knuth came as a real blow to the many friends here as it was not known here that she had been ill. Lorena Elizabeth Quick was born near Stratford Dec. 12, 1874, and died at Princeton, Minn., June 11, 1930, at the age of 55 years, 5 months, 29 days. She was united in marriage to Henry Knuth Feb. 14, 1907. In 1917 the family moved to Ogilvie, Minn., where they have since lived. Three children were born of this union. They are, Dorothy Louise, John Henry and Selma Elizabeth. These children and the husband and father are left to mourn the passing of a kind and faithful wife and mother. Surviving also is a sister, Miss Selma Quick, and three brothers, John, Charley and Otto T., all of this place. One sister, Mrs. Frank Rose, died here Dec. 1, 1929. Deceased became ill suddenly Friday morning and on Saturday was taken from her home near Ogilvie to the Northwestern hospital at Princeton and operated on. She lingered until Wednesday when she passed away. A mourning service was held at the Ross Mortuary at Princeton Thursday morning at 9 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Upton E. Dahle. Then the remains were sent to Stratford.
